Happiness bites

Becoming a happy person is not necessarily related to possessing material stuff or practicing spiritual rituals. Happiness is very simple to feel. A smile from someone for example, could turn up your day from being miserable into becoming joyful.

You might go to work and feel overwhelmed by the abundance of negative thoughts or worry about your family bad conditions, your friends gossip, or be tired from doing home chores and other responsibilities. But all of this can and will undoubtedly evaporate if your colleague at work pats on your shoulder while another one asks more about how you feel. We live in a society where cooperation between individuals is very vital in healing severe wounds that anybody could ever have to face. Each person in the world needs at least one individual who can equate a number of a thousand individuals. That person can be anyone, not specifically be from your family. But you might meet a complete stranger and the relationship between each other becomes a blessing because of the support that person is bringing to you and is ready to fight for your happiness and well-being.

Truth being said, happiness is contagious and that’s what makes happiness a societal virtue where you can pass happy vibes to others and have others do the same for other others, and so on.

Try to spread happiness bites, and I guarantee you one day these bites will come back to you in return.
